By accessing or playing ChannelHop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ChannelHop is a browser-based game where players identify countries from live TV streams. Streams are sourced from publicly available IPTV feeds and are proxied through our server for technical compatibility.

3. User Accounts

You may play as a guest or sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account. Guest sessions are anonymous and cannot be recovered if local storage is cleared.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not abuse, exploit, or automate the game in any way
  • Do not attempt to bypass our proxy, rate limits, or security measures
  • Do not use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Do not scrape, data-mine, or interfere with the service

5. Intellectual Property & No Hosting

The ChannelHop name, logo, and game design are our property. We do not host, store, or redistribute any IPTV stream content. All streams are sourced from publicly available third-party URLs and are embedded for reference/entertainment purposes within a game context. All broadcast content remains the property of its respective owners.

6. DMCA / Copyright Compliance

If you believe any content linked or displayed on ChannelHop infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown notice to dmca@channelhop.fun with the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing (stream URL or source)
  • Your contact information (email, address, phone)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We will promptly remove or disable access to any content upon receiving a valid DMCA notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties. Stream availability depends on third-party sources and may be interrupted without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
